Third party non-lender closing costs including escrow fees, title fees, and funding your state property taxes and homeowner’s insurance escrow account, will still apply. FHA and VA loans will still have their respective program funding fees set by the federal Departments of Housing and Urban Development and Veterans Affairs, respectively. Most mortgage applications will require an appraisal, with an appraisal fee paid to a 3rd party Appraisal Management Company. Down payment assistance is not available in conjunction with this program. This program is only available upon specific request.
