His posts on an online real estate forum had already helped to educate me on the topic, and so, he was the natural choice when I sought to purchase my first house in the East Bay. Although I did shop around, I found Chris to offer the best combination of fast closing, rate, and communication/transparency. In this market, fast closing and having a lender willing to proactively bat for you are crucial, and Chris is able to hold up his end of the deal. Everything was done via an online platform and docusign, and thus was very convenient for us.
