The majority of our business comes from Realtor referrals. Our job is to make you look good, put your client into their dream home, and we embrace this role.
You will always have a single point of contact throughout the transaction, an experienced loan originator that "owns" the file from preapprovall to the closing table, and afterwards. For any transaction in escrow, you will get at least one update every week, even if that update is only to say "things are going smooth, nothing new!"
